He started working in the industry as a grounds man in his teen years and worked his way up to management. Learning all aspects of this industry from a hands-on perspective gave Jeff the experience, knowledge and tools to build a profitable company with continued growth every year. Jeff’s excellent work ethic and vision has allowed him to create a multi-faceted and prosperous construction company. |

In 1996, Laura graduated with a bachelors degree in communication with a concentration in business management from the University of Maryland. Before joining Wheeler in 2003 she spent 7 years in marketing and sales management. As Wheeler's Chief Operating Officer, Laura is responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company business development activities. |
